This will come across as dumb to most of you, I have looked on the internet and can not find the answer .......

So.... to the people that know the the most about these cars I ask....

What is the difference between a T-Type and a Turbo-T, or Regal-T

Turbo-Ts were from 1987 ONLY
82[?]-86 they were T-Types
Pre-82[?] there were Regal Sport Coupes
In 1987 it was possible to get a "T" optioned car with a N/A engine, hence "Turbo" was added before "T" to designate the LC2 option. HTH

So actually you need to edit your list in your sig b/c you actually own a Turbo T instead of the pre 87 T Types

1983-1986 was the only year for a Regal T-Type.
According to Buick only the WE4 can be called a Turbo-T. Any other model is just a turbo Regal. No such thing as a Regal T. Most people refer to these cars, and GNs as a TR(TurboRegal).

For many insurers they are all t-type cars including GN's.

So there's not much difference between the ones you mentioned and all of them could be synonymous.
