DS Rear E-Brake Cable to short

I replaced all three e-brake cables today using ACDelco parts but the Drivers Rear Cable isn't long enough to reach the connector w/the front cable. I replaced the equalizer (bracket) as well.

Is there some trick to this? The cables are routed the same way the old ones came out.

The rear (DS) cable part # is 18P68
The front cable part # is 18P578
The rear (PS) cable part # is 18P437

Back the rear brake adjusters off and then you should be OK.
