DoublePumper Problem

I'm helping a friend to figure out why the the doublepumper setup on his car won't work properly.He bought the car with the setup already installed.Iwent over to see what I could do ,and found the wiring is not right.I never installed a twin pump setup or have the instructions for it.So I'm not sure how to do it.
If someone could send me a copy of the instructions for a ATR Doublepumper system it would make this alot easier.
