Planning to replace my old door lock covers with new black ones.
What's the best way to crimp the new cover on and also not scratch them?
Thanks in advance.

Got the black replacement lock caps from Kirban. I use satin black trim paint and resprayed the circle key door that goes under cap. I used blue tape to cover caps, then placed lock cylinder with cap side down on towel. Use large flat screw driver tip and carefully bend four tabs over lock cylinder (making sure cap is tight against lock cylinder). Hope this helps.
