Does Anybody Rebuild MAFS ?

I have a couple "expired" stock GM original MAFS that I have held onto... expecting that some entrpreneur would find a way to replace the internal circuit board.
Any Buick Gurus out there that can put some life back into our factory mass air flow sensors ? Thanks in advance !

I think mine was replaced just before I purchased the car because the instructions were in the trunk and it looks new. My car is bucking under mild acceleration about 70% of the time. I tried the tapping thing and there was no change in the engine while running. How can I check it properly without buying a new/rebuilt one on a hunch? Thanks, Tommy
