Disc Brake conversion for Ford 9 inch

New disc brake mounting kit w/e-brake calipers and used 11.25 inch rotors. The rotors are in very good condition. The mounting kit and calipers were installed but never used (I discovered after installation that my 15 inch steel wheels would not fit) This setup will not work with 15 inch wheels.
This kit is for the Ford big bearing rear end.

Frank.. is the wheel diameter too small? or because the backspacing needs to be different on 15" wheels?

The calipers are GM D154's modified for E-brake and sold by Krater, The mounting kit is sold by Pemracing. The rotors are a set of Speedway 2-piece that I had for a few years.

The steel wheels were hitting on the step-down area but my Summit 15" Telstar knock-offs fit with about 1/8 inch clearance.

How complete is the kit? Does it have e-brake cables etc?

The calipers accept the standard cables for your model vehicle. They are not included.
