How much of the circuit board (?) do you need to wipe away with the nail polish remover? Does each "finger" need to be exposed on all four sides? How far back do you uncover the "fingers."

get some good cleaner, and clean ALL the contact area on the edge connector.. simple enough! all the little contacts on that peice need to be exposed. Simple as pie!

oh yea, I am not sure nail polish cleaner would remove that? if its strong enough or not.. try Flux Remover though.

Uncover the fingers back until right before they change direction.
