diesel benz. radiator gunk cleaning?

removed my radiator from my diesel benz and its all clogged with sludge... probobly from the cast iron block and 200k miles... anyways. anything i can soak in it to clean it up or run through it? (while out of the car)... id rather do it myself... dont want to spend much on it

The local radiator shops around me don't charge a whole lot to "cook" all the junk out - check the phonebook for one near you.

I wouldn't want to handle any of the chemicals that would clean that stuff - but that's just me.
