Dash Pad Overlay? What is this?

Hey guys,
Found this on ebay but have no idea what it specifically is. It says its a black overlay for our cars. i wrote the seller but he hasnt written back. Any of you guys seen this or purchased this? Keyword being overlay so im guessing its just the vinyl? or is it the dashboard remolded..not sure.

it is made to lay over the top of the existing dash pad if yours is damaged this is a cheap cosmetic fix for looks.I would not buy one unless you can talk to someone that has bought one and tell you how well it fits.Or if you could see one installed in person they are usually attached by double sided tape if you have used armour all or something similar it can be difficult to make the tape stick hope this helps fitment is the biggest issue
