K kh440 Jo Bu needs a refill! Joined Feb 14, 2002 Sep 6, 2010 #4 Actually Richard Clark and Patrick Broughton (slogn) made one. Basically took a stock fitting and sleeved it to get the EXACT size restriction and I mean they couldn't have gotten it any closer. They did a brilliant job!
