cylinder 4 not firing

I've tracked down my sluggish running problem to cylinder #4 missing.
Using a laser temp gun, all header pipes at the exhaust manifold were 600 degrees F, cylinder 4 was only 300 degrees F. Either it is not getting spark or fuel. It is missing at idle and WOT.

What I've checked so far:
all cylinders compression OK
removed valve cover, all valves moving OK
new ignition mod.
new coil
new plugs
new wires
swapped injector #4 with injector #3

I still haven't fixed the issue.
Here are my possible questions:

Could the ECM be bad and not sending spark or fuel signal to cylinder #4?
Is there any way to see if injector #4 is getting signal without a oscilloscope?

Any other ideas?

noid light on #4 injector connector

If #4 is not sparking the other plug on the same coil will not fire so it seems that spark is occuring

problem found

I pulled the plug #4 after screwing around with everything else all day. These were brand new plugs, it sparked when the plug was just laying on top of the valve cover. However, upon inspection I saw the ceramic was cracked. I bought a new plug and threw it in and the car ran fine......

I guess don't depend on a part working just because it is new!

I did get a new ignition, coil, vacuum block, and ECM chip at least, lol.

misfire

Hi,
Good job!The plug might have cracked during installation.Nothing like hitting on 6,especially in that sweet spot between 2500 and 4500 rpm! Have fun...
