Click to expand... I did mine, after it was chromed, with a hack saw and a fine blade. I simplified the template and made 2 straight cuts.

I incharge Member Joined Dec 11, 2005 Nov 15, 2010 #7 I used a de- burring tool on an air grinder and worked a radius . just like porting heads
