Custom sun visor

I would like a sun visor that was laid out like the seat of a GN. In black and gray and maybe even a logo.

maybe JAX seat covers could do it. they are the guys that made my car seat.

Talked to them today, they say they can not get panels to lay flat. I think it would look trick, but I will have to see if it could be done with something other than cardboard backing??? Carpet tape on thin fiberglass?? Guess it gives me something else to think about. Thanks for your idea.
