Converting 87 Buick Lesabre into Street Car

I am thinking about converting my 1987 Buick Lesabre into a Street Car. Some of the modifications i was think about was converting it into RWD, Putting in a new Trans, Doing engine work for a turbo. Any help, comments, or advice is highly welcomed. I need some ideas on how i would go about doing these things.
