Center Bumper Filler

Anybody have a decent center bumper filler, new or used? I know I have one in the garage somewhere but can't find it anywhere. Think I paid $30 back 10 years ago for that one and now they are $90 This is going on a bumper that had the inner support cutout so no need for a perfect $90 one.

Ive got a new painted one Im going to put on my car, and my old is still on the car. Ill look at it this afternoon, and let me know know.
