I'm in Conn visiting my Buick friends and I learned that my cousin Eddie Schanz has passed away in California. He is a major reason I am a car nut. He was 12 years older then me so as a kid, he always had cool cars and they were clean. He wasn't a speed freak, but his cars had stance and class. He was a fan of all makes but his blood was pure MOPAR. I own 3 Mopars, 1 of them once belonged to Ed. My family bleeds MOPAR, but my grandfather was a Buick guy, so that's how I squeaked my GN in.
He is gone way to young at 54.
I'm sitting in a hotel in Conn and just thought I'd share a little.
I'm hurtin and can't do anything about it.
