Car wont start

I was installing a oil pressure aftermarket gauge. I was testing what I thought was the dummy oil light sender. I pulled the plug off the sender and jumpered the two to make sure my oil light was coming on with the key turned but not running. I did hear some relays buzzing and what sounded like the fuel pump when I did this. Now the car wont start and I can't hear the fuel pump prime. Anyone have any idea what I have done?
I should of pluged the connector back on the sender but it was easier to jumper the plug at the time. Now I am

Fuel pump fuse is under the steering wheel area correct, and the relay is where? I am a newbie to the buick scene. Thanks in advance.

If the car has been hotwired the relay may be in the trunk or back by the tank. If it has not been hotwired the relays are along the front fenders on both sides of the car
