car wont idle

alright just broke in my engine and it wont seem to idle. It keeps wanting to stall and every now and then it does. i started with the IAC and got it to 25 then got the tps to .46 at idle and .44 off. but i. it is runing codes 15 23 24. i have the egr blocked. the mat and the cts are plugged in and the cts temp matches what my temp gauge says. i heard if one is bad it will it will throw them both off. also iac isnt throwing a code but i did spay quite a bit of brake cleaner in it. i dont want to go but parts if i dont need them. i would like to single things out in a systematic way.
