Can't find my Extender programming instructions

I misplaced my extender chip programming manual. Ramcharger's doesn't have this part of the manual online and i can't find it anywhere. I bought it from Full Throttle. It is the instructions concerning the numbers in the block learns and what #s to put into the blocks. It is the latest version. I have misplaced this booklet about 4 times already and I can't find it anywhere. Can someone email me a copy or send me a link if it is available somewhere? Mine was for 60lb/hr injectors but I don't think that matters. Thanks.
