that's why i always log "VE" itself so that you can trace through a log and see exactly what the ECU was using (based on how it was interpolating adjacent cells, etc.)... it also helps in the case where you modified your VE table... if your old VE value was 100 and you were getting 10% correction you really need a VE of 110... but if you've changed your maps since that log and now your current VE is 105 you don't want to add a full 10% to that, etc...
