If you're on TDC compression on the #1 cyl pop off the cap and see if the trigger window in the reuctor wheel is close to the pick up in the cap of the sensor. If not you probably have it in 180 degrees off and it timed to TDC on the exhaust stroke.
yeah it fixed it, i had the modual laying off to the side. i thought it might have been a ground but i knew all of my grounds were good, apparently i was wrong.
