are those center caps aftermarket or oem? do they still stay on ok with some broken tabs?

Center caps are OEM and does not have the metal retaining rings inside, they still stay on and I used them for a while but have recently purchased a repop set from ebay.

I can honestly say that I have and always shipped immediately. It was shipped priority mail to the address verified by paypal. THe only thing I can think of is there is a discrepancy with the address and in which case it will be returned to me eventually. If you dont want to wait then I will gladly return your money.
