HAAS CNC
3d scanners for reverse engineering

I am in Virginia.
We machine Titanium daily, but really small stuff. Under 100mm x 100mm

I have Twelve German 4-axis mills and a couple 5-axis HAAS.
Little HAAS. The baby Office Mill.

30,000rpm spindle with 5hp
Still pretty fun. Tight tolerance with this little thing.

Cool stuff... But," really small stuff?. Under 100mmx100mm"? I'll try to remember some pics tomorrow at work.. All Tsugami's.. From 1mm stock to 60mm stuff...50pc. Orders to 500k+ Orders...you will learn multiple things per day every day in this trade...Mike

I hate those implant bars, especially when they are the high water style with the exposed metal piers. Would rather see a few simple Zest anchors and an overdenture. Easy to maintain for the patient and easy for the hygenist to clean (my wife can attest to that). Cheaper too.
