i dont know about price
but if you sand them before paint and priming-
ill recommend fiberglass over abs
abs is harder to sand and work with then fiberglass- mho

I recently bought a set from S&K Regal/Grand National Fillers but I thought they were a little crude; especially the rear. Full Throttle FULL THROTTLE SPEED - Store Front Page has what looks like the same set for $40 less. Looks like S&K gets their's from someone else in Florida; then tells UPS the box weighs about half of what the first guy did; and ships it out.

I Have A Set Of Front New In Box From Gm.

I have both. My 86 gn has the fiberglass units and they are ok at best. The rear seem doesn't go together as well as I would like. They took a little work to get everything to fit the way I wanted, still not perfect and they are too brittle IMO. When you tighten them, it sounds like they are going to snap. They look great and the finish is good but when I bought my 84 t-type I opted for the gm fronts, (still available from gm) and the rear abs. The abs rears are harder to sand but the fit and finish was much better. They seam to be much stronger than the fiberglass units as well. The only way to go on the fronts are OEM and my choice is the abs units on the rear, since the gm rears will set you back $600+ if you can even find a set. I picked up my abs rears off ebay and my fronts from a local buick dealer.
