109 block fully machined with program engineering 4 bolt steel main caps
stock riods with arp bolts, shotpeened and polished beams
stock crank stanard on the journals and balanced
block crank and rods have been cyrogenically treated
clevite bearings
je turbo pistons
hellfire rings
comp cams hydraulic roller cam with comp lifters and pushrods
brand new gm timing cover with high volume oil pump and all oil passage have had any casting flash cleaned up
stock steel heads ported by kenny dutweiler with oversized stainless valves
t&d shaft rockers
buick racing aluminum valve covers powdercoated black with k&n filters
stock aluminum intake also ported by kenny dutweiler with stock ported plenum and throttle body
stock dampner and flywheel
shortblock has 200 street miles on it everything else is brand new never fired

There is not enough meat in the main webbing of a 109 block to accommodate 4 bolt main caps. If you have 4 bolt mains like you say then you may have a stage1 block there. I see the raised embossment for the oil return line which really points to this being a 109 as the stage1 blocks had a different style embossment. That is creating BIG question marks. ????
 
sorry u are correct it is a 2 bolt i thought the billet pro gram enginnering main caps were 4 bolt main sorry for the confusion and yes it is a 109 block not a stage block
