Driving thru Waimanalo today. Saw a short line of cars backed up and a cop car on the side of the road with two civilians standing by themselves. Looked like an odd place. When I passed by I saw down in a ditch in the trees.....saw the back end of a regal. Not sure if it was anyone on the board. Did not look like anyone was hurt. The accident may have just happened. Did not get a look at the two guys on the side of the street. Just hope everyone is ok.
