This is a nice brand new never ran Buick 3.8 rolled fillet turbo crank, still in the original box. It has very minor surface rust on a few journals from sitting for years. It will polish right off no problem, i took a little WD-40 and a shop rag and most of it was wiping off. Part number 12350247. This crank has only been out of the box twice and will be much stronger than any used crank since it has never been fatigued or seen detonation or balanced the wrong way.
