I have an 86 Regal T-Type with no cat, how much boost can I push, has green stripe injectors(10% above stock), Hotter coil pack (10% above stock) run a 93 octane chip

You will be limited by the octane rating of the fuel.

With 93 octane pump gas alone, 16-18 lbs.

Back in the late '80's guys were trying to run more boost with the stock chip, fuel pump and injectors. It was never said what octane fuel was used (race gas I'm sure).
They were blowing head gaskets at 23psi, more than likely running out of fuel, and possibly octane.
You can play around some with more boost, but you NEED some way of knowing if you have detonation and avoid it.
