Boost Gauge Gone Wild??

Here is what I have:

WOT Boost- 10 PSI
Fuel Pressure at idle- 38 PSI, Vacuum hose on
Fuel Pressure at WOT- 58 PSI
0 knock (ScanMaster)
TA 49 turbo
42.5# injectors
TT alky chip

Here is what I did before these readings:
Adjusted the Wastegate; started out all the way with no boost, adjusted the actuator by shortening the rod, first had 4 PSI boost, then shortened more and got 8 PSI boost, then shortened more (all the way) 15 PSI boost

The actuator was adjusted as far in as it could go- it looked parallel with the exhaust connection. I knew this should have been too much boost.

Is my boost gauge working right? What's wrong? Thanks for any help you can throw my way.

possible boost leak or guage bad. if you dont have a leak tester they are cheap to make, pressureize your system. that will allow you to check for leak and double check guage accuracy.
