Blow Off Valves GOOD OR BAD????

I was thinkin about gettin a Blow Off Valve tommorw....Is there any Cons about having a Blow Off Valve...Whats the pros...Thanks i need a responce asap lol thanks guys

The Turbo X, RFL *aka REALLY BEEPIN LOUD*......a couple friends of mine have them on their DSM's running good amount of boost....I can get a killer deal on it so i didnt know if there were any cons to haveing a BOV...thanks
