Bleeding brakes

Going to be bleeding the brakes this weekend. I have a mity-vac & can push the fluid from the bleeder to the master cylinder.

Is this the same as doing it with vacuum brakes or will it create a problem with the powermaster?

Will I need to releave the pressure from the accumulator before doing this?

any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
