Black Smoke On Decel

Guys,

I have been working with my fast setup to get it tuned for the street. I have 84LB Injectors 375 CI SBC 1000HP @ Crank Etc. The car seems to run great and is very clean on Accel and WOT but when you dump the throttle it somes black something terrible not OIL smoke, but rather black like fuel. Also the car appears to load up when sitting and idling for short period of time. It will fog the shop in nothing flat. Any ideas where to go for these symptoms would be greatly appreciated.

One more important piece of information. The car is a manual shift and has two SSQV BOV's. I have been told that the BOV may account for the black smoke. Something about the MAP pressure changing to rapidly for the computer to compensate and hence the black smoke for a second. Does that make any more sense?
