Nothing "minor" about that rust...
It's working it's way from inside the seam, thru the skin.
Unless you REMOVE the rot, it will be back... In short order.
The correct way:
1. Replace the door.
2. Cut out to clean metal, weld in new panel, body work it, paint it.

This is a classic case of opinions.. To me they are also "junk". The $$$ an time to fix them buy some good ones an be done with it . Is there rust like this on the rest of the car ??

you"ll be better of getting doors, you could repair them but to fix them doors right.it going to cost you alot a money.so fine your self a better set of doors..

fix

fix it if you are able just cut all rot out and do some body work save yourself money...everything is fixable!!! just take your time youll get it heres a couple shots of my doors

Thanks for the info.
When I said minor, I meant who had fixed similar. I am not a body guy but do have ability to weld . On a related note, the door with the two holes also has a defect above the door handle, a "deperession" on the door skin, might take as much time effort as the holes.... "new" door might jiust be easier
