Hello, I just installed a Bailey 2 step.
Now the Alky pump runs even on the lowest setting.
It comes on as soon as the knob is turned on.
I didn't make any adjustments inside the Alky box.

My question is does Alky need to be adjusted after 2 step installation.

By the way this happens even when 2 step is not powered up.

Thanks in advance

Those are two completely different systems.
If this started after 2step install then it will most likely be an issue of wiring not faulty part.
Pinched Alkyl wire under Bailey box ?

I think I have it narrowed down to a bad map sensor..

I was cleaning my wires under the hood and connected pin c on the map sensor plug to ground and I may shorted out the map sensor.
I was reading zero volts on sm tps and found that I had it grounded.

Im thinking it's the map sensor because if I crank the car and have the control knob off the car idles perfect, while still idleling I unplug the map sensor and the car is still idleling great so I turn the Alky Control on and still idleling great until I plug map back in and car starts to stumble and floods out.
Is this a good way to test the map sensor?

Fix the wire and re test.

Question.
If I read 1.6 v on pin b does that mean that the map sensor is working fine

1.6v is about right for a 3bar sensor with the engine off.

If I plug in the map sensor the Alky still starts to spray as soon as the controller is turned on
