Those look allot like the ones on my tr, that were installed long time back.work great!

The Weld RTS 15" wheels were designed to work with bigger brakes like Camaro's and Trans Am's that came with 17" wheels. Im not sure about 13's but Weld has a template on their website you can print out that will verify how big odd a brake you can run.
