bad mood due to weather...?

anybody else ever get put into a real lousy mood when the weather sucks? i have noticed that i am real irritable today, and for that matter, any day that the weather is bad. i hope in the next 5 years i can hit the west coast and live out there at least for a while. i would be much better with no winter
