Date of the BBQ is: Sunday August 24th (this is a rain or shine event)
Location is: Hecksher's State Park - Field 3 Pavillion in East Islip (south shore of Long Island)
Time will be around Noon - cruise details to follow closer to the event
Cost is $25.00 per person (Children under 10 are free)

Every our camaro club puts on a family bbq and auction to benefot the dravets syndrome foundation. As we are a Camaro club we would like to extend an invitation to the Turbo Buick community. We would love to see some tbs there. There are usually other types of cars there tbss muscle cars etc.....
100% Of the proceeds go to the dravets syndrome foundation.

Meet at the parking entrance to Whitestone Cinemas – 2505 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10465
Meet time is 9:45 AM / Departure time is 10 AM (SHARP)

Queens, Nassau, & Western Suffolk (Westchester group will meet up here to combine)
Meet at Walmart – 965 Broadhollow Rd., Farmingdale, NY 11735
Meet time is at 11 AM / Departures time is 11:15 AM (or when Westchester group arrives)

IMPORTANT: For Westchester / BX members, don’t forget your EZpass, if you don’t have one, please notify TJ.
There is a NYS park fee of $10.00 to get in to the park, make sure you have enough cash to pay your entrance fee and admission to the BBQ, there are no ATM’s in the immediate area.
