if its From ATR i would say it doesn't have the Card EO on it.

I think they were out of business before CA started really enforcing that

You guys are right. Not a legal CAT for Calif. But very easy to change back to original CAT for smog. Someone step up and buy this will ya. New Price is $100 shipped to lower 48. Thanks
