ARP Bolts or Studs for Champion Aluminums

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but the search is not cooperating...

I'll be plopping a set of Champ GN1 aluminum heads onto a "290" 4.1 block. Threads have been chased, and recessed as recommended. Would you suggest bolts or studs, and what would be the correct ARP part #'s? Just want to make sure I get the correct ones the first time to avoid headaches.

Also, do you guys use different torque specs on aluminum heads vs. iron?
