Not only does he deserve to be fired, but he deserves to have his citizenship revoked and have his azz shipped back to New Zealand. Better yet, tell him to find his own ride out of Iraq. Better yet, be tried for treason.
He should be shot for treason the same way an american soldier would be if he did that. He will personally be responsible for the deaths of some coalition forces. I think he will be a marked man.
