There's a guy in north Indiana named Nick Dillman. That would be kinda close to you, maybe 1 - 1.5 hours away. I don't know his email addy but I recall him advertising on gnttype, maybe here too. Do a search. I saw a pic of an upper intake doghouse he did; it was nice work.
