anyone know how to make an ajustable fpr from a stocker(and still be stock appearing)

i figured out a way to use a set screw and a roll pin, but it does not seem right. i can adjust pressure but because of the solid roll pin, the base pressure (vac line off) stays the same when you put the vac line on.. anyone ever take a bgc stock appering one apart? i want to make one for my porsche, but not have a glaring billet one on it

and it works but no decrease in fp with vac line on

I thought that that article had been removed long ago. You need to remove the top of the regulator and make a screw/pin/disc that pushes on the top of the top spring instead of the diaphragm like that article shows. If you just push on the diaphragm you raise the base pressure but not the pressure with boost. Mark Martone used to sell inexpensive adjustable regs; check the gnttype vendors or archives for contact info.
