I was just wandering what all is evolved. I want to make sure I have e-85 and not have to settle for e-70 for non summer months. Costs, equipment used, where to purchase everything, you know, everything involved with it. Thanks.

I used to make Biodiesel and had a big lab in my garage. It is rewarding to make your own fuel, but there are many dangers and nuisances with making it even though it takes a lot of heat to make it ignite. E85 is like making gasoline to me. I wouldnt even think about it.

Install an alky kit and crack it open on 1. Thats all you'll need... And your IAT's will be lower through the traps.

You have to be licensed through ATF. It's basically corn liquor. So you're going to go through the same process pretty much.

You could buy E98 and blend it with 93 if you wanted to. Or blend it with 100 for that matter.

Lots of companies sell e98. I order 3 to 5 , 55gal barrels at a time.

Search locally. Race gas vendors, speed shops / tuner shops. If there's a distillery near by try calling.
