another TCC solenoid ?

I had just had my trans rebuilt in my 87 GN and I was told that I have no power going to my TCC solenoid. The solenoid is new and working fine, I just don't have power going to the connecter. My question is; I have my turn signal lever disconected can that be why I have no power down at the connecter? Thank you for your time, Bruce.

Bruce, check your wiring to the connector and then see if the computer is signaling the trans to lock up. Mark
