Well I figured it out. I found the brake switch with the vacuum line is thetcc switch also and found it not even close to the pedal, so I adjusted it and still no 12v to pin f, so I pulled the ecm, no power to a7. so I went under the car and had voltage in on the purple wire and voltage out of the tan black wire, but no power to the ecm so I tapped the wire at t eh trans plug and viola lockup, so I have to overlay a wire to the ecm because somehwere inbetween this one is bad. but at least I know everything works. hopefully once I run a new wire it will work correctly.
