I had purchased 4 items from Kirban's on ebay, first time, and the quality of the horn collar ring is PHENOMENAL! It's grain is a little off, and the dummy allen screws don't look dead on correct, but the fit is SOOOOO much better. It doesn't bow out at the top like my NOS one does, and sits flush against the wheel spokes instead of the small gap. I'd much rather have one than my NOS piece.
Also they (horn ring and turn stalk)were on backorder and Kirban's went out of their way to send me them both separate so I could get my column together and ring on before a Sat car show. I will definitely order again.
