Aluminum center support removal

center support removal

I don't remember mine being a pain to remove. But if you have the two retaining bolts out of the case and the beveled snap ring
out, a bump to the output shaft should unseat it. You might also
put the snap ring for the fourth clutch spring retainer back on it
and pull on the snap ring while an assistant bumps the output shaft.:)

Might want to remove the Band apply pin and anchor pin from the case as well.

THIS WORKS EVERY TIME.after you remove the snap ring and bolts grab the support w/one hannd and bang the case at the engine mounting flange w/a rubber mallet or ballpeen hammer and a block of wood .have someone hold the case from moving and this will be your new method of choice>www.ckperformance.com
