Alky Kit from Julio, coolant reservoir version, he doesn't make these any more. I bought two before he stopped making them this past summer and only needed one. $600 + shipping, same price I paid.

Valve Covers: $85 plus shipping. My cost as well, $35 for the valve covers and $50 to have them powder coated in High Gloss Black.
