I have an B&M Megashifter for a 200 4R. It is a ratchet type that I used until I went to a 400 trans. I have the whole setup including the stock center console (it is not the best but it was good enough to cut up to install the shifter) I also took the stock linkage and welded it to the B&M linkage, this way you can use the stock neutral safety switch setup. I have picture of it in my car and I could send it to you if interested. It also comes with two "T" handles (one has a button in it for a line lock or transbrake). $125 plus the ride.
