AFR is off..

I know the fuel filter is good, fuel pump is new, I am not seeing any vacuum lines blown off - where else should I look? I am seeing 12.0 at WOT. What details would you need to help diagnose this? I got 2.1 KR on one pass but nothing on one right afterwards. Car pulls hard, etc, no misses, weirdness. I should switch the Scanmaster over to 02 and see what it says but isn't the AFR reading best? (WB 02)
